The entire Stickleback fleet is fully owned by the company. The fleet is renewed at regular intervals and meticulously maintained to a high standard in accordance with the manufacturer’s servicing schedules. The fridge and freezer compartments are cleaned daily on return to the depot to a spotless condition which is then regularly inspected to ensure standards are maintained.

All our vans & deliveries are tracked using Podfather and Webfleet; market leading routing and tracking systems. Every member of the supporting office team has the ability to locate the vans and provide advice to our customers and assistance to our drivers if required.

Our fleet provides for extra capacity to ensure that even in the very unlikely event of accident or breakdown, we can still maintain our demanding delivery schedules. Reliability in our business is key to our success and we take every precaution to ensure that our customers are never let down.

Our Distribution Manager works closely with the Production and Sales teams to ensure our products are delivered correctly to all our customers on a daily basis. Reliability and flexibility are crucial to our success.

Stickleback were one of the first foodservice suppliers to have a dual temperature controlled, fully electric delivery van. We took delivery in early 2021 and since then we have completed thousands of deliveries with zero emissions. Once technology is sufficient to produce a dual temperature controlled van capable of covering the area we need them to, you will see more electric Stickleback vans on the road.
